यदि UIDAI DOB सुधार की अनुमति देता है, तो निम्न में से कोई एक दस्तावेज़ माँगा जा सकता है।
If UIDAI allows DOB correction, any one of the following documents may be required.
📄 जन्मतिथि प्रमाण / Proof of Date of Birth
- जन्म प्रमाण पत्र (नगर निगम / रजिस्ट्रार द्वारा जारी)
Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or Registrar - स्कूल लीविंग सर्टिफिकेट
School Leaving Certificate - 10वीं / मैट्रिक प्रमाण पत्र
Matriculation / SSC Certificate - पासपोर्ट
Passport - पैन कार्ड (सहायक दस्तावेज़ के रूप में)
PAN Card (as a supporting document) - सरकार द्वारा जारी DOB प्रमाण पत्र
Government-issued Date of Birth Certificate
